Today we’re doing a walkthrough with a 14 by 56 lofted barn with our premium package.
This is a custom tiny home with a two bedroom two bathroom floor plans.
The front of the building has a six foot full light French door and four huge three by five insulated vinyl windows. Our premium package includes exterior entry lights and Outlet, we use LP Smart Siding with Sherwin-Williams paint and metal roofing solution. The rear of the building has a three foot nine lot door with entry lighting, all of our buildings meet or exceed all international building codes and we back our product with an industry-leading 10-year craftsmanship warranty.
The interior features lots of open space for the living area and kitchen, lots of natural light makes it feel even larger and the LED can lights are also part of our premium package.
The staircase makes accessing the oversized Loft very easy. There’s lights switches outlets and a smoke detector installed to make this an additional bedroom if needed.
Loft has tons of room for storage, both bathrooms have whites and exhaust fan and a GFCI outlet
The master bedroom has two huge 3×5 windows and a large closet, there’s also a bathroom and the utility room is tucked away inside in accessed through a space-saving pocket door.
It has an instant hot water hookup and outlets for a stackable washer and dryer unit will be installed after delivery, the second bedroom has the same three-by-five windows, the service panel, the smoke detector and a full width closet.
Package also includes insulation exterior walls and sealant and a framing upgrade to 16 and John Center roof trusses.
